There is a Non-Refundable 50% deposit due at the time booking the appointment. The balance
is due upon arrival to the appointment. One re-schedule is allowed, before deposit is forfeited
and another deposit due.

Yes, as long as the parties arrive within the same day. Samples must be sent to the lab as a
package. If the 2nd party does not show up, the test would have to be paid for in full all over
again. Class “A” DNA, holds no reliability in no show of parties.

Valid Government Issued Photo ID of each adult. Birth Certificate, or Medical/Insurance Card
of Child. Please note, photos are taken during the appointment of each tested party, and this is
sent in to the lab with your test.

Usually within a couple of business days. If you have a later appointment, then samples won’t go
out until the next business day.

We receive your results via a secure login to the labs. We can then email them to you, via a
secured email, that you will need a password to open the attachment, we can send them in
the mail to you, or you can pick up a copy in person via a scheduled appointment. If you select
the email option, the code is given to you, on the day of your appointment. We will not give
results over the phone, and we will not give the code over the phone. Please note, we do not
keep the results in office after delivery.
